General Rules :

     (i)    Identity Card:
            Every student is issued an identity card at the time of admission. The card which is non-transferable contains information about the holder, such as Name, Session, Class, Roll No. Combination of Subjects, etc. It also contains a passport size photograph of the student duly endorsed by the Principal. It is mandatory for every student to carry the identity card with him/her so that it can be produced whenever necessary.

    (ii)    Attendance :
            Attendance in classes is strictly compulsory. A student must attend not less than 75% of the lectures delivered in each subject to be eligible for appearing in the Council / University Examination. A student not fulfilling the above requirement will not be allowed to appear in the final examination.

    (iii)     Examinations (Unit Test & Test Examination):
              At least two unit tests must be held for each subject of each class in all the streams during the academic calendar. The sending up a candidate for Final Examination will be determined by the overall performance of the student in the unit tests, class attendance, etc.

    (iv)     No student will be issued any mid-term transfer certificate during the academic session.

    (v)     Prayer for relaxation of these rules will not be entertained.

College Discipline :
        Every student of the college shall abide by the disciplinary rules of the college as mentioned below:

    (i)    Every student seeking admission to the college shall be required to fill up an application form in his/her own handwriting.

    (ii)    The student mus observe complete silence in the college premises. They must not loiter aimlessly within the college campus.

    (iii)    Student must maintain complete silence in the college library and spend their spare time/off periods in such a way that will not cause any interference with the work of others.

    (iv)    The students must be punctual in attending their classes.

    (v)    Bike users must obtain Gate Pass from the Principal.

    (vi)    College Uniform is compulsory for all students. No student is permitted to wear shorts or any dress other than the college uniform in the college premises.

            College Uniform:

            For boys (Degree and HS students): Black Trousers,

            Peach-coloured Shirt, Black Sandal/Shoes and Maroon Sweater.

            For girls (Degree and HS students): Black Salwar,

            Peach -coloured Shirt, Black Sandal/Shoes and Maroon Sweater.

            For girls (Degree and HS students) : Black Salwar,

            Peach-coloured Kurta with Black Shunni, Black Sandal/Shoes and Maroon sweater.

            For P.G. Students :
            For boys: Black Trousers, Sky Blue Shirt with Black Sandal/Shoes and Maroon sweater.

            For girls : Black Salwar, Sky Blue Kurta with Black Shunni, Black Sandal/Shoes and Maroon Sweater

  (vii)    Students are required to note that any application for bonafide certificates, pass certificates, railway and S.T. concessions, scholarship, etc. must be submitted in advance to enable the office to facilitate issuing these items in time.

  (viii)    Payments of scholarship will be made by crossed Cheque only.

  (ix)    Students having less than requisite percentage of attendance will not be sent up for University or Council's final examinations.

   (x)    Use of Cell Phone is strictly prohibited. Student found using cell phones in class are liable to be fined.
